Responsibilities:
岗位职责：
• Responsible for advanced quality control (AQE), testing product quality in new project development;
• 负责前期质量管控（AQE），对新项目开发中的产品质量进行测试；
• Responsible for supplier quality management (SQE) in Vietnam, working with product development department to develop and certify new suppliers in Vietnam;
• 负责越南供应商质量管理（SQE），与产品研发部门一起开发认证越南新供应商；
• Responsible for controlling the inspection of plastic, metal and electronic materials, and dealing with related quality problems;
• 负责把控塑胶、五金、电子类物料检验，并处理相关品质问题；
• Responsible for process quality control (PQE), quality control in production and assembly;
• 负责过程质量控制（PQE）、生产和组装过程中的质量管控问题；
• Assist product development department to deal with after-sales problems (QE);
• 协助产品研发部门处理售后问题（QE）;
• Communicate with suppliers Ｏn quality issues, control production process, product quality and delivery time.
• 就质量问题与供应商及时沟通，把控生产过程、产品质量以及交付期。
Requirements:
岗位要求：
• Bachelor degree or above, major in quality, engineering or other related field;
• 本科或以上学历，质量、工程或其他相关专业；
• At least 3-5 years working experience, medical or electronic equipment related experience is preferred;
• 3-5年以上的工作经验，有医疗或电子器械相关经验者优先；
• Familiar with the usage of various quality inspection tools, fully understand8D;
• 熟悉运用各种质量检验工具，充分理解质量管理八大原则（8D）；
• Knowledge of sampling methods /SPC/6sigma and other quality tools;Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO13485 quality management system.
• 了解抽样方法/SPC/6sigma等质量工具；对ISO 9001、ISO14001、ISO13485质量管理体系有一定了解。
• Good written and verbal communication skills (Chinese/Vietnamese/English), able to effectively communicate with suppliers and cross-departmental colleagues;
• 拥有良好的书面和口头沟通能力（中/越/英），能够有效地和供应商以及跨部门同事沟通信息;
